  • A low initial deposit of 30% on booking.
  • The balance payment will not be due until 30 days before the holiday.
  • Complete flexibility to move bookings up to the end of 2021 (the ‘rebooking window’) with no additional charges, in the event of Coronavirus restrictions
  • No rebooking fees apply, however, if a rebooking date is chosen where the same accommodation is only available at a higher price, we will charge the additional prevailing rate for the stay.
  • Due to low deposit and flexible rebooking, no refunds are offered.

Your holiday at Preseli Glamping will be reserved on receipt of a deposit of 30%. This deposit payment is non-refundable. Upon receipt of the correct deposit and the completed booking form, Preseli Glamping will send you a confirmation of booking which will state the final balance due from you and its date of payment (full payment is due 30 days before your holiday start date in all cases). In the event of failure to make this payment by the due date we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled. The full amount is non-refundable after this point (30 days before your arrival) however if you wish to change the dates of your holiday, you are able to do this without being charged a rebooking fee. This is entirely at our discretion and depends on our availability. Please request a personal rebooking link if you wish to select new dates for your trip.

General Terms & Conditions

In the event of a ‘no show’ by the client, Preseli Glamping does not give refunds or offer an alternative date. Your insurance policy will cover cancellation costs if the reason for cancelling is covered by the policy (less an excess).

If you cancel your booking, your £10 Greener Camping Club membership is non-refundable and you cannot withdraw your membership. You will continue to be a member of the Greener Camping Club and can continue to enjoy the benefits of your membership card and use it to stay at other GCC certified campsites.

Insurance

You are advised to take out a holiday insurance policy that covers you for cancellation (under the policy terms), accident and property whilst staying at Preseli Glamping. If you’re planning to take part in Preseli Venture’s adventure activities (sea kayaking, surfing and coasteering), you will need to take out a specialist policy which covers all outdoor activities you plan to take part in.
