Preseli Glamping Terms & Conditions

The following terms apply to all bookings.

Your holiday at Preseli Glamping will be reserved on receipt of a deposit of 50%. This deposit payment is non-refundable. Upon receipt of the correct deposit and the completed booking form, Preseli Glamping will send you a confirmation of booking which will state the final balance due from you and its date of payment (full payment is due 30 days before your holiday start date in all cases). In the event of failure to make this payment by the due date we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled.

• An initial non-refundable deposit of 50% is required on booking.
• The balance payment will be due 30 days before the holiday, after which it is not refundable. 
• Within 30 days of arrival, you cannot move your dates. You will need to rebook your holiday at full price.
• Up to 30 days before arrival, you may contact us to move your holiday to another date in the same year.
• In this case, no rebooking fees will apply, however, if a rebooking date is chosen where the same accommodation is only available at a higher price, we will charge the additional prevailing rate for the stay. If the rebooking price is lower, you will not be refunded, but if you have not yet paid the remaining balance, your balance will be adjusted accordingly. 
• This is entirely at our discretion and depends on our availability. If you cannot find a date suitable for rebooking in the same year, you may transfer your booking into the name of a family member or friend who is able to visit in your place, but you may not publicly advertise to “sell on” your holiday. Please request a personal rebooking link if you wish to select new dates for your trip.

General Terms & Conditions

In the event of a ‘no show’ by the client, Preseli Glamping does not give refunds or offer an alternative date. Your insurance policy will cover cancellation costs if the reason for cancelling is covered by the policy (less an excess).

If you cancel your booking, your £12 Greener Camping Club membership is non-refundable and you cannot withdraw your membership. You will continue to be a member of the Greener Camping Club and can continue to enjoy the benefits of your membership card and use it to stay at other GCC certified campsites.

Insurance

You are advised to take out a holiday insurance policy that covers you for cancellation (under the policy terms), accident and property whilst staying at Preseli Glamping.
